Preparation Time: 5 minutes Yield: 1 delectable smoothie

Looking for something that’ll refresh your senses and quench your sweet cravings at the same time? Dive into this creamy concoction with a burst of peach and blueberry, enriched with protein!


β€’ 1 scoop of vanilla or plain protein powder β€’ Β½ cup (120 ml) of your favorite plant milk (I recommend almond) β€’ Β½ cup (120 ml) fresh blueberries β€’ 1 ripe peach, sliced β€’ Β½ cup (120 ml) plant-based yogurt β€’ 1 tsp (5 ml) of Sucanat or your preferred sweetener (feel free to skip!)


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You might need to pulse a couple of times to get the right consistency.
  2. If you find your mixture a bit too dense, gradually add a bit more plant milk and blend until you reach your desired consistency.
