
Vegan pancake with natural toppings
Pancakes with figs, unsweetened coconut, walnuts, and a drizzle of maple syrup
In the mix:
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Stevia (I used 8 drops of liquid stevia)
- 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
How to go about it
Mix all of your dry ingredients first, add the wet ingredients, mix, and cook on a non-stick pan! It’s that easy! I have a small pan that’s meant for frying eggs so I use that and it makes the perfect sized and perfectly round pancake.
