Oatmeal is probably something, that can be made every single morning of the month. Us this recipe as the base and change up the extract or fruit for a little variety every now and then.  

Just remember the Triple C = chocolate, coconut, and chia. That is the essential of the oats in my mind.

In the mix:

  • 1/2 cup oats (measured dry)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp xylitol (you can use any sweetener)
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp coconut extract
  • 1/2 tsp sugar-free maple syrup
  • sugar free chocolate chips for topping

How to go about it

Just mix the first six ingredients, add boiling water, and then top it with the chocolate chips.
