Oatmeal is probably something, that can be made every single morning of the month. Us this recipe as the base and change up the extract or fruit for a little variety every now and then.
Just remember the Triple C = chocolate, coconut, and chia. That is the essential of the oats in my mind.
In the mix:
- 1/2 cup oats (measured dry)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp xylitol (you can use any sweetener)
- pinch of sea salt
- 1/4 tsp coconut extract
- 1/2 tsp sugar-free maple syrup
- sugar free chocolate chips for topping
How to go about it
Just mix the first six ingredients, add boiling water, and then top it with the chocolate chips.
