One of the coolest ways to sweat off some unwanted pounds is by taking part in a Peloton Experience. Here you can try some of the finest cycling tracks in Europe while you pedal your way to fitness. The whole experience takes you through six countries of Europe in twelve different sessions, so if you are planning on setting aside a few days of your time to get fit this is the way to go.

You'll get to ride in the company of other cyclists of all ages and levels of skill. The main activity apart from riding the bicycles is climbing the steep slopes which are offered as a challenge throughout the day. When you are climbing the slopes you will be able to witness some breathtaking views and this will also provide you with some much needed ventilation. When you reach the top of the climb you will be treated to a spectacular view of the Alps and after this you can take a break to stretch your legs before continuing your journey on the bicycle.

The Peloton Experience allows you to adjust the difficulty of each of the climbs by choosing from ten different settings. The ten levels range from the easiest to the most challenging and in order to achieve your target you will need to put in the amount of time it takes for you to complete a certain number of pedal strokes. The device uses a Wahoo Live Wall Street Widget that will notify you when you have completed the given number of strokes. This assists you in maintaining an optimum speed by telling you when to accelerate and brake.

Another thing you should keep an eye out for when using the non-peloton bike is that it does not provide you with the ability to program the resistance level you would get during each ride. You can, however, set the resistance level that you would like the machine to achieve during your rides. If you want the machine to mimic the feelings of actually riding outdoors, you can program the bike to achieve those sensations by letting it go at a specific resistance level. When you are outdoors, the wind would often become a factor in how hard or easy a ride is. If you were able to program your bike to mimic the resistance you would feel when you are riding outdoors then you would greatly reduce the amount of wind resistance that your bike would normally experience.

When using the bike for exercise you will be provided with a number of workouts. The workout that is provided has been designed to target the legs and lower body in order to make exercising more enjoyable and not just a routine. There are also a number of workouts that target the upper body as well as the cardio-vascular system. The upper body exercises include running, biking, and climbing up hills all with the pedals.

There is a Facebook application available that allows you to keep track of your workouts and other information related to your purchases. The Peloton Experience allows you to also keep in touch with your friends and other people who are on the same page as you. The application is simple to use and it is completely free to download. The app also enables you to share your workout status through Facebook and Twitter. Although the application requires a cost, the non Peloton team has not released any version of their app that requires a full price to purchase the item.
